I highly recommend Crosstown Custom Projects and Michele McInerney was a pleasure to work. Our project was a mixture of new construction and existing gut renovation and desperately needed someone who could manage such a complicated job. Our plans required knocking down an existing one car garage in order to replace it with a large two car garage with office/guest quarters above it. In addition, Michele also gutted a large portion of the existing house, knocking down walls to create an open concept living area with a new kitchen, mud room and bath and seamlessly integrated the old and the new. Michele was also so instrumental with the planning stage, suggesting creative ways to optimize our living and storage areas. Her price estimate was extremely competitive and her construction timeline far faster than any of the other companies had promised and she delivered on time and on budget. That was really important to us, as we didn’t want to live in a construction zone. As the job progressed. Michele has impeccable taste and helped us along the way to pick tile, countertops, cabinets, and floor and paint color and again used her supplier discounts to insure that we saved money everywhere that we could.
